Create a link
- Open Explorer.
- Select a file and open the share dialog from the toolbar or context menu.
- Create the link, then copy it for the person who needs access.
Expiry
Share links can expire, and expired links stop resolving without exposing file details. Choose the shortest practical expiration window for external sharing.
Revoke
- Return to the same file and open the share dialog.
- Review existing links for that file.
- Revoke any link that should stop working before its expiration time.
